We are pleased to invite you to participate in the THEORETICAL and PRACTICAL course „International Course in Regenerative Medicine, Stem Cells and Aesthetic Gynecology„, in Bucharest, on June 18 and 19, 2021.
The course is organized under the Romanian Society of Urogynecology and the Romanian Society of Aesthetic Gynaecology (SREG). We are honoured to have international trainers, representing 3 countries.

Dr. Diana Mihai, the trainer representing Romania – Founding Member and President of SREG and the Vice President of IASRM
as well. She is the first in Romania who has already organized 15 courses in this field and is international trainer and speaker. She will teach you about PRP and Stem Cell and will perform a stem cell autologus transplant in the ovaries for infertility.
Prabhu Mishra, President and Founder of IASRM (International Association of Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine) will teach you
from New Delhi, India to teach you about STEM CELL Extraction and Use Protocols in Gynecology, with over 15 years of experience as a researcher in this field of great future in medicine.
Dr. Rafal Kuzlik, Founder of the Academy of Plastic and Reconstructive Gynecology will come from Poland to teach you how
to do a correct LABIOPLASTY with concomitant clitoral hood reduction. In addition to this, we will have a patient with complete labial amputation following a labioplasty, with asymmetry and aesthetic and functional defect, in which you will learn how to do a LABIAL FLAP RECONSTRUCTION INTERVENTION.
Prof. Dr. Elvira Bratila, founding member of the Romanian Society of Aesthetic Gynaecology and President of the Romanian Society of Urogynaecology. She will teach you and perform laparoscopic autologus stem cell transplant in the ovaries for infertility in a case of ovarian failure and infertility.

12.00 – 14.00: Stem cell – Extraction, harvesting and applications in Gynaecological disorders (Prabhu Mishra)
14.00 – 15.00: Lunch break
15.00 – 16.30: Labioplasty techniques, complications and reconstruction techniques (Dr. Rafal Kuzlik)
16.30 – 18.00: Videos and Presentations : labia majora plasty, majora fat augmentation, vagino-perineoplasty, hymen restoration. (Dr. Rafal Kuzlik)
DAY 2 (19 June) : Expert practical training
(3 patients in the Operating Room for labioplasty, fat grafting , labial reconstruction and vaginal PRP
10.00 – 13.00: AUTOLOGUS BONE MARROW STEM CELL TRANSPLANT for infertility – laparoscopical injection in the ovaries performed by Dr. Diana Mihai, prof. Dr. Elvira Bratila and Prabhu Mishra
13.00 – 14.00: Lunch break
14.00 – 17.00: Labia minora flap reconstruction (after previous amputation during labiaplasty) & labia majora augmentation with fat grafting
17.00 – 19.00: Labioplasty and Clitoral Hood Reduction (for complicated labia minora hypertrophy case) learn from Dr. Rafal special “One Cut Technique” and vaginal PRP (clitoris and G spot)

AUTOLOGUS STEM CELL TREATMENT FOR INFERTILITY
Laparoscopic procedure with Bone Marrow Derived Stem Cell for low AMH and infertility (performed by Dr. Diana Mihai and prof. Bratila Elvira; protocol by Prabhu Mishra after 15 years of research in the field).

Participants will learn from Dr. Diana Mihai and Prabhu Mishra how to obtain a correct and active PRP, how to calculate the required dose depending on the case, what syringes and needles you need and how to inject. And of course, clinical indications and protocols
for female sexual dysfunction, urogynaecological use, vaginal atrophy, PRP use in obstetrics and with major surgery as well (cancer, hysterectomy, reconstruction, etc).
FAT GRAFTING ADIPOSE STEM CELL
The Fat Grafting and Stem Cell part will include all notions of THEORY you need to know in order to understand and use this type of Regenerative Medicine. As well, you will see VIDEOS WITH THE PRACTICAL PART recorded in the laboratory in New
Delhi, India, in which you will learn the steps to obtain stem cells and fat tissue and exactly what equipment you will need if you want to do this procedure in Romania and also information about the legislation in force – from Prabhu Mishra.
